• Guinness Book of Records; World Speed Record for Roller Riding. Top Speed 107 mph - Unassisted
• Commonwealth Games, and world championship track rider.

Sports Achievments:

Paul is now a member of the Schwinn indoor cycling national demonstration team and is also a Gold level instructor.
Outside of the shop Paul also runs the areas leading spinning and fitness centre.
