Welcome to the Swinnerton Cycles affiliate scheme.
We have designed this scheme to allow you to spread the word about our huge range and great prices on bikes and cycle accessories and be rewarded for it!.
The affiliate scheme is an integral part of our website and has been designed to provide a completely fair, trustworthy and transparent way for website owners, club organisers and even keen discussion board members to earn good commision simply by providing a link to our website.
How does it work?
Once you have completed this signup process you will be issued with an affiliate ID which is your unique code, identifying traffic that comes to our site after following your link/banner etc. Our system will then record this ID with the visitor's shopping basket. If the visitor completes a sale within 60 days of clicking through from your site, your affiliate account will be crediting with the commision on that sale. You will also be credited with any subsequent sales made within 60 days of that sale, meaning your 'ownership' of that customer can stay alive indefinatly.
How much will I earn?
We have launched our affiliate scheme with a flat rate of 2.5% commision on the total sale value (exluding shipping). We believe that this offers a great earning potential to our affiliates without meaning we struggle to maintain our low, low prices. After all, the lower our prices are, the more likely you are to recommend us and the more likely people you refer are to buy from us.
Example:
A visitor clicks on a link from your website and browses our store looking for a cycle jacket. He finds what he's looking for a buys an Altura for £79.99.
Impressed by the website, he returns a month later looking for a new bike. After mulling it over on a couple of visits he decides to go for a Giant Anthem 1 at £1800.00.

Compare this to a banner scheme where you might get a flat 20p for the same click, or Google Adsense where you could maybe hope to earn 50p for the very same click!
Can I check how much I've earned?
Absolutely. We have designed this system to be completely transparent and that means showing you exactly how much you've earned whenever you want.
Simply log-in then visit the 'your account' section and then click on the 'My Affiliate Account' link in the left hand menu (this is only visible to affiliate account holders). Once you do you'll be able to check your balance and even see your affiliate earnings broken down into individual sales.
We're confident that when you see how much you can earn from the scheme, you'll promote it even more. Good for you and good for us!
