  • Returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please login to your account and select your order and the items you wish to return.
  • Please use the returns form when sending goods back to us
  • Please ensure that any item returned are where possible put back into their original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.  Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging. Where the value of goods are diminished beyond by what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may recover an from you, this could depending upon the circumstances up to the original contract price.
  • in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery
  • We will refund you to your original payment method.
  • Un-wanted orders may incur a restocking fee of 15% if returned after the 14 day returns period.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged please send the following images of the parcel and any damaged contents to Customer Services

  • Inner & Outer of the box

 Items that can't be returned;

  • the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised
  • the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery
  • the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if the goods become unsealed after delivery
  • if the goods become mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery

International Returns;
Please note International Returns & Cancellations will be refunded at the GBP£ price received we are not liable for any fluctuations in currency which could see you receive a different amount back than you initially paid.  Prices on the website are an estimated using XE.com and you bank may use a different conversion rate at the time of purchase and in the event of a refund.

PLEASE NOTE : Returns sent back without Returns Number & Paperwork will take longer to process.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after delivery.  To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.  You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. (Please try to include all original packaging with the returned item)

If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange collection of the goods at your expense, if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed
