Weight is reduced & strength increased even more by using our lightweight DNA-Carbon rails and Carbon reinforced shell.
Its compact shape (255mm) helps to easily find and maintain the ideal seating position while its rear padding ensures excellent ischial support. The central cut-out (Open-fit) relieves pressure from the perineal area increasing the feeling of comfort also on uneven terrain. GrouND has been specifically developed for off road MTB & Gravel / Adventure riding. The flat back design also reduced the chances of your shorts getting hooked up whilst on a decent. Suitable for all riders.
FEATURES
DNA-CARBON RAILS
The crossing X shape knot (Dynamic Node Action) enables to increase the rigidity of the rail and also to reduce the weight, avoiding useless spin and torsion, without compromising the comfort. A length greater than the traditional carbon rails you can find on the market, allows one of the best adjustments of the saddle. Superleggera and Carbon FX saddles have this rail.
CARBON FIBER REINFORCED SHELL
Nylon with high properties, enriched with a high proportion of long carbon fibre, in order to reinforce the characteristics of rigidity, stiffness and durability without compromising the weight.
BIOFOAM
Biodynamic structure that follows the movements of the pelvis during pedalling, guarantees comfort, reduced weight, lasting resistance and ideal support. The “closed cells” surface ensures water is repelled from the padding.
MICROFEEL
Breathable and hard wearing cover. It is lighter than traditional materials and less deformable. Anti-skid effect with an extraordinary grip on the saddle. Biocompatible material.
NEW ERGONOMY
The perfect balance between the support and relief zone. The "big hole" helps maintain comfort under pressure and offers day long support and comfort. The central relief zone is long enough to work in all riding positions.
