All international returns must be marked clearly as RETURN and value of £0, failure to do this will incur re-import charges which will be deducted from any refund. We are unable to supply international returns labels, you will need to place a fresh order if you require a different item.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail Second Class or Standard Parcel postage costs
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. (Please try to include all original packaging with the returned item)
If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange collection of the goods at your expense, if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed
