Returns Policy

Swinnerton Cycles offers a 14-day return policy for unwanted items, requiring original packaging and labels. Returns after this period may incur a 15% restocking fee. Certain items, like unsealed hygiene products and custom goods, are non-returnable. International returns must be clearly marked as 'RETURN' with a £0 value to avoid re-import charges. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Please ensure that any item returned are where possible put back into their original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.  Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging. Where the value of goods are diminished beyond by what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may recover an from you, this could depending upon the circumstances up to the original contract price.

in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged please send the following images of the parcel and any damaged contents to Customer Services

Items That Can't Be Returned;

If your parcel arrives damaged please send the following images of the parcel and any damaged contents to Customer Services

the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised

the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery

the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if the goods become unsealed after delivery

if the goods become mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery

e-Batteries that are coded to your bike before shipping eg. Mahle internal Batteries.

International Returns;

All international returns must be marked clearly as RETURN and value of £0, failure to do this will incur re-import charges which will be deducted from any refund.  We are unable to supply international returns labels, you will need to place a fresh order if you require a different item.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Returns sent back without Returns Number & Paperwork will take longer to process.

 

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail Second Class or Standard Parcel postage costs

 

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after delivery.  To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

 

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.  You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. (Please try to include all original packaging with the returned item)

 

If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange collection of the goods at your expense, if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value.

 

This cancellation does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed
