Unequalled Wireless Suspension Control
What separates Live Valve Neo from other electronic suspension systems? It's how it helps you ride faster in every situation, whether climbing, traversing or descending. When commanded by the sensors, the shock will switch between two positions: Open and Firm-in as little as 1/70th of a second.
Live Valve Neo does not employ a third "Pedal" mode, which some riders may perceive as necessary when climbing technical trails, or pedalling through low angle technical sections. Live Valve Neo can switch between Open and Firm so fast that a middle ground setting is not necessary. You get full support of Firm mode exactly when you need it, and the plushness of Open mode exactly when you want it.
Three elements work together to achieve Live Valve Neo's speed advantage:
Achieving a faster overall response time is critical in Trail and Enduro riding, where transitions between trail sections can be abrupt. By defaulting to Firm mode even when descending riders gain every performance advantage for a faster overall ride, without sacrificing any comfort or control, no matter their ability level. Live Valve Neo harnesses efficiency in every moment on the trail.
App Optimised
Live Valve Neo, like the Transfer Neo dropper post, is fully supported by the FOX Bike app. It includes easy-to-follow setup guides for all your Neo components, as well as some other useful functions.
Garage
store profiles for multiple Neoequipped mountain bikes and get a dashboard view of component connection status and battery levels. Customise your bikes by adding a photo, nickname, make and model for quick selection and personalisation.
Components
add or monitor Neo components, double-check connections, and ensure batteries are topped up before you hit the trails. Review installation or battery replacement guides with easy-to-follow images. Activate Bump LED Indication, Shake to Wake functionality and make sure your Live Valve Neo system is up to date with the latest firmware.
Service
track your Neo component Ride Hours (based on accelerometer data input) against recommended service intervals, look up service pricing and details, create a service request or find a nearby service location.
The ultra-fast switch between Open and Firm Mode lets you experience the efficiency of riding a hardtail, but only when you want it. This allows riders to maintain momentum and speed easier than ever before, in all sorts of riding scenarios. Some examples:
