The repair process is the same as all Dynaplug tools: remove the object causing the puncture, load a plug into the insertion tube, push the tube into the puncture hole, and withdraw the tool — the viscoelastic impregnated rubber plug bonds permanently with the tyre carcass and remains in the tyre sealing the hole. No tyre removal, no adhesives, no solvents. The non-abrasive brass tip protects the rim and rim tape during insertion. How do I use the Megaplug for larger punctures?
The Megaplug works the same way as a standard plug but is larger in diameter, designed to seal bigger holes that a standard plug cannot fully seal. Insert it using the dedicated Megaplug insertion tube end of the Racer Pro. If the Megaplug alone doesn't fully seal the puncture, a standard plug can be inserted alongside it by folding the Megaplug tail flat against the tyre first.
