The Dynaplug Soft Nose Tip Plugs are replacement plugs for Dynaplug tubeless tyre repair tools — the consumable element that actually seals the puncture. This 3-pack uses the soft nose brass tip design, compatible with nearly all Dynaplug tools (except the road-specific Dynaplug Air system). Each plug is made from viscoelastic impregnated rubber that bonds permanently with the tyre carcass on insertion, creating a durable seal without adhesives, solvents, or tyre removal. The non-abrasive brass tip protects the rim and rim tape from damage during insertion. Made in the USA with patented technology.
The repair process is straightforward: push the Dynaplug tool loaded with a plug into the puncture, withdraw the tool, and the plug remains in the tyre sealing the hole instantly — allowing you to continue riding without waiting for sealant to cure. For larger punctures, additional plugs can be inserted alongside the first by folding the plug tails flat against the tyre; the tails can be trimmed flush later for a neat finish. The viscoelastic rubber is fully compatible with tubeless sealant, so the plug works alongside whatever sealant is already in the tyre rather than displacing or degrading it. Which Dynaplug tools are these compatible with?
The Soft Nose Tip plugs are compatible with nearly all Dynaplug tools including the Dynaplug Racer, Racer Pro, Micro Pro, Pill, and Megapill. They are not compatible with the road-specific Dynaplug Air system, which uses a different plug format.
How many plugs do I need for a typical puncture?
Most punctures from thorns, glass, or small flints can be sealed with a single plug. For larger holes or cuts, insert a second plug alongside the first by folding the first plug's tail flat against the tyre before inserting the second. Three plugs is typically sufficient for trail riding; carry more for longer or more remote rides.
Can I leave the plug in the tyre permanently?
Yes — the viscoelastic rubber bonds permanently with the tyre carcass and the plug is designed to remain in the tyre. The protruding tail can be trimmed flush with scissors or a knife once you're back home for a neater finish, but this is cosmetic rather than functional.
Do these work with all tubeless sealants?
Yes — the viscoelastic rubber is sealant-compatible and works alongside standard tubeless sealants including Stans, Orange Seal, Muc-Off, and others. The plug does not need to be used in conjunction with sealant, but the combination of plug and sealant provides the most reliable seal for punctures at the edge of the plug's capability.

In some cases, we may ship items out with another courier, depending on the status and availability of items ordered. (Customers will not be charged more and will be refunded any unused postage cost) If part of an order is cancelled and the total drops below the £50.00 free postage, a postage charge may be taken.
Delivery costs will be clearly stated on the checkout page, though you will need to register (to provide your delivery address) in order to see the delivery costs.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
