The Enduro Bearings HDK-0007 is a precision-engineered angular contact headset designed for frames with a 34mm (1 1/8) internal diameter head tube. Featuring a black oxide finish, this bearing kit replaces the traditional external headset bearing cup with a sleek, low-profile solution that presses directly into the head tube, simplifying installation and enhancing durability. Included in the kit are the fork crown race, upper split-ring, and cap, providing a complete and reliable assembly.
Crafted from 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy, these bearings boast anti-corrosion Black Oxide/Magnetite coated races combined with grade 10 balls for superior strength and longevity. The dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals protect against contaminants and moisture, while the 90% fill Mobil XHP 222 synthetic grease ensures smooth, waterproof performance under all conditions. The black oxide coating adds an extra layer of corrosion resistance, making these bearings ideal for demanding environments.

Is this headset compatible with all 1-1/8” head tubes?
The HDK-0007 is specifically designed for 34mm internal diameter (EC34) head tubes. It will not fit head tubes with different diameters.
How does the black oxide coating benefit the bearings?
The black oxide coating provides enhanced corrosion resistance, helping extend the lifespan of the bearings and maintain smooth performance in wet or harsh conditions.

In some cases, we may ship items out with another courier, depending on the status and availability of items ordered. (Customers will not be charged more and will be refunded any unused postage cost) If part of an order is cancelled and the total drops below the £50.00 free postage, a postage charge may be taken.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
