Are there products in the pack that contain electrolytes?
Yes, the ZERO tablets contain essential electrolytes including sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and chloride, helping maintain hydration balance.
Are the products Vegetarian/Vegan?
All products in this pack are vegetarian, with some suitable for vegans such as the gels. However, the Recovery Drink and ZERO tablets are not vegan-friendly.
Does this pack contain caffeine?
Most products in the pack are caffeine-free, but Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine and ZERO Caffeine Hit do contain caffeine. These are not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine. ZERO may contain traces of caffeine (under 2mg) from green tea leaf extract.
Can you recycle HIGH5 packaging?
Yes, High5 has partnered with Terracycle® to recycle single-use packaging like Energy Gel and Energy Bar wrappers, which are typically not recyclable through traditional facilities. A pre-paid envelope is included to make recycling simple.
Is it okay to take Gels and follow with water or ZERO?
You should consume gels with adequate fluids to stay hydrated during physical activity. ZERO tablets can be used instead of water to replenish electrolytes while hydrating.
Which HIGH5 gel should I choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua?
Both gels provide energy, but Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter, more liquid consistency, while Energy Gel is thicker and lighter to carry in quantity. This pack includes both so you can try each and decide based on your preference.
Is the bottle BPA free?
Yes, the High5 Run Bottle is BPA-free, ensuring safety and peace of mind during use.
Are HIGH5 products drug free and free from banned substances?
HIGH5 products do not contain banned substances and have a 100% proven track record with no athletes testing positive due to their use. Their main manufacturing site is Informed Sport certified, guaranteeing product safety and quality.

To Qualify for FREE Shipping:
In some cases, we may ship items out with another courier, depending on the status and availability of items ordered. (Customers will not be charged more and will be refunded any unused postage cost) If part of an order is cancelled and the total drops below the £50.00 free postage, a postage charge may be taken.
Delivery costs will be clearly stated on the checkout page, though you will need to register (to provide your delivery address) in order to see the delivery costs.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
