For enhanced security, it is recommended to pair the A1000 with a 1000 Series D Lock such as the D1000 or DX1000. If you need extra reach, consider the AX1000 model, which features a pivoting arm for added versatility.
Can the A1000 be installed on any type of wall or floor?
The A1000 must be fixed to a solid brick or concrete substrate for optimal security and performance. Installation on unsuitable surfaces is not recommended.
Is the A1000 compatible with all D locks?
The anchor works best with the 1000 Series D Locks such as the D1000 or DX1000. It can be used with other D locks, but you should verify the size compatibility before purchase.

In some cases, we may ship items out with another courier, depending on the status and availability of items ordered. (Customers will not be charged more and will be refunded any unused postage cost) If part of an order is cancelled and the total drops below the £50.00 free postage, a postage charge may be taken.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
