The innovative A.D.S. Adjustable Dropout System is a standout feature, allowing you to effortlessly adjust the rear axle horizontally to achieve perfect chain tension. This is especially advantageous for single-speed setups or those using a Rohloff Speedhub. The system ensures that as the axle moves, the disc mount and gear hanger shift in unison, maintaining flawless alignment at all times. Additionally, wheel removal is simplified because the wheel slides out down and forwards, not backwards, eliminating the need to adjust the chain tension or remove the disc brake caliper. In some cases, we may ship items out with another courier, depending on the status and availability of items ordered. (Customers will not be charged more and will be refunded any unused postage cost) If part of an order is cancelled and the total drops below the £50.00 free postage, a postage charge may be taken.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
