Is the KMC X12 chain compatible with all 12-speed drivetrains?
It is compatible with all 12-speed drivetrains except for the SRAM Eagle Transmission T-Type used in 12-speed road and gravel setups.
How often should I wax the chain?
KMC recommends waxing road bikes every 250 km or at least once a month, and for mountain bikes, cross, or frequent riders, every 100 km in all weather conditions.
Do I need to remove old wax before applying a new layer?
No, the chain does not require dewaxing before rewaxing, making maintenance straightforward and efficient.

In some cases, we may ship items out with another courier, depending on the status and availability of items ordered. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
