The 1.3-inch AMOLED touchscreen at 1500 nits is the brightest display in the COROS range, delivering sharp, vivid visuals that remain readable in direct sunlight — a meaningful upgrade over the PACE 4's 1.2-inch display for athletes who want more data on screen at once. The Ambiq Apollo510 processor doubles the processing power of its predecessor, delivering faster map rendering, quicker data loading, and smoother overall performance. Dual-frequency GPS (L1 + L5) provides significantly improved accuracy in challenging environments — urban canyons, dense tree cover, and mountainous terrain — where single-frequency GPS struggles. Battery life is up to 38 hours in GPS mode and up to 20 days of daily use including sleep monitoring. Charging is via USB-C with a keychain adapter, allowing you to use a single cable across multiple devices.
Training analytics match the full COROS suite: Running Fitness, Race Predictor, Virtual Pacer, and personalised training plans, plus advanced health monitoring including optical heart rate, SpO2, HRV, sleep, and recovery. What is the difference between the PACE Pro and the PACE 4?
The PACE 4 is lighter (32g vs 37g), has a smaller 1.2-inch display, and uses single-frequency GPS. The PACE Pro has a larger 1.3-inch AMOLED display at 1500 nits, dual-frequency GPS (L1+L5) for better accuracy in challenging environments, and the faster Ambiq Apollo510 processor. Both offer similar battery life and the same core training analytics. Choose the PACE 4 if weight is the priority; choose the PACE Pro if display size, GPS accuracy, and processing speed matter more.
What is dual-frequency GPS and why does it matter?
Dual-frequency GPS uses two satellite signal frequencies (L1 and L5) simultaneously, which significantly reduces multipath errors — the signal distortion caused by GPS signals bouncing off buildings, trees, and terrain before reaching the watch. In practice, this means more accurate pace, distance, and route tracking in urban environments, dense forests, and mountainous terrain where single-frequency GPS often struggles.
How long does the battery last in GPS mode?
The COROS PACE Pro provides up to 38 hours of continuous GPS tracking, making it suitable for ultra-distance events and long training days. In daily use mode (GPS off, activity tracking and sleep monitoring on), battery life extends to up to 20 days.
Can I use it with the COROS POD 2 running sensor?
Yes — the PACE Pro is compatible with the COROS POD 2, which adds instant lag-free pace data, accurate treadmill tracking, Effort Pace, and advanced running form metrics including Ground Time, L/R Balance, Stride Height, and Stride Ratio.

In some cases, we may ship items out with another courier, depending on the status and availability of items ordered. (Customers will not be charged more and will be refunded any unused postage cost) If part of an order is cancelled and the total drops below the £50.00 free postage, a postage charge may be taken.
Delivery costs will be clearly stated on the checkout page, though you will need to register (to provide your delivery address) in order to see the delivery costs.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
